Welcome, Recruit!
We would love to have you onboard for our projects and make a difference in the world together, but let us first check that we are compatible.

For that, we have a challenge for you, with two options: Please implement a small, useful project by yourself in a programming language of your choice with proper version control and publish it well-documented on the web (for example as a fossil site, on GitHub or GitLab, using your own hosting or request access to our Forgejo instance). A sizeable contribution to an existing open-source project counts just as well, given that it can clearly be attributed to you and involves appropriate documentation.

Also, please be open with us! We are always happy to receive critique and be challenged ourselves. We do not want employees in a master-slave relationship but peers that work together for a shared vision, each unfolding their disruptive potential in their area of competence.
