Offboarding a user
Check data if unreachable
- Select them in https://files.ftt.gmbh/apps/contacts/circle and obtain the user id from the URL
- Check their user data in the stackspin VM under
/var/lib/Stackspin/local-storage/pvc-3b008674-544c-46e7-b456-f20932eb9f23_stackspin-apps_nextcloud-files/data
For Example:
find stackspin-UUID/files -ctime +90Delete User Account
- Via Dashboard: https://dashboard.ftt.gmbh/users
- Document in Zulip, if applicable remove email address from domain config as well
