We are very transparent about our finances, and currently we do not have sufficient reserves to hire new employees, although we are eager to connect and find out how they fit in based on their needs and competences.

Proper financing is underway through a combination of these gateways:

• bootstrapping - via strawbale buildings, MenschLink, hardware and customer projects
• investors - Christian is willing to sell a portion of his shares (always keeping a majority himself) to an investor with a supportive mindset at a stiff price
• loan - improbable due to the zero-risk policy of banks; would have to be paid back
